No yoga experience necessary.
Let us help you go inside to the essence of freedom within you. That which easily gets drowned out by noise, clutter & busyness . . . reconnect with God the Source by merging into rest & renewal thru gentle movement & breathing, mindfulness & silence.
Allow the connection to nature & Spirit to hold and heal your mind, body and soul. Mindful movement, Breathing practices, Meditation, Personal contemplation & prayer, Nature Immersion, delicious fresh, seasonal ayurvedic meals, 8-full hours of sleep, invitation to sweet dreams coming true, so you can return home refreshed and renewed.
ALL INCLUSIVE. $485 per person, double occupancy. 2 beds per room. Bedrooms are 100% silent spaces. Space is limited to 11 guests, Register Early.
20% non-refundable deposit required to save your spot. Balance is due 6 wks before the retreat and NON-REFUNDABLE after that date. Credits are given for medical emergencies

*11:30 am Personal Reflection Time: suggestion to do — breath awareness, journaling, nature gazing, paddleboard, kayaking, walking, relaxing, unplug from technology/phone, nap, etc.
