Affirmations have the power to change our self talk and inner dialogue as well as invoke the law of attraction. In this one session workshop I’ll lead you through the mindfulness based mixed media process of creating affirmation art, creating your reality through art making.

NO ART EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!! Saturday, July 25th at 10 am, we will be hosting an online Affirmation Art Mixed Media Painting instructional Zoom Session. Come watch how to do an affirmation painting and then play with your media in the open studio.

You will need the following supplies:

Minimum of 90 lb paper in whatever size you want to work with.

Variety of mark making media i.e. crayons, oil pastels, markers, charcoals, pens.

Watercolor set with whatever brush(es) are calling to you and water.
