A four-part workshop series in January to help 2023 begin from a place of compassion and mindfulness.

Jan 8, 2023, Session 1- 10 am-12 pm EST Session 2- 8 pm-10 pm EST
From a compassionate approach, you will be guided through written reflections. You will reflect on wins, challenges, joys, failures, love, and more with curiosity and opportunities to befriend your inner critic and ego. Written reflection worksheets will be emailed before the virtual workshop on Jan 8. We recommend a minimum of 2 hours to be fully immersed in the independent writing experience.

Once you know where you have been, it is time to accept where you are. Acceptance allows us to see through our desires and expectations of what is. From the place of knowing what is, we are empowered to respond from a place of confidence and not react from a place of scarcity.
