8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (Toronto)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week program that can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and working memory, develop more awareness, increase resilience, and enhance focus and concentration. This psycho-educational group program helps develop capacity for greater calm and teaches practical skills to manage stress and build resilience.

Orientation & Session 1: October 18, 2022 | 10am – 1pm
Sessions 2-8: October 25 – December 6, 2022 | 10am – 12:30pm
Silent Retreat: Sunday, November 27, 2022 | 10am – 4pm
