6-Week Finding Peace in a Frantic World Course

The 6-Week ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ course is an introductory course offering a foundation in mindfulness practice. The course is based on traditional 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes, but with the key learning points and practices distilled into a shorter format.
The course is made up of six 1.5-hour sessions and includes 20-minutes of home practice each day. Through guided meditations, group dialogue, tailored instructions and home assignments, participants will learn the essential principles of mindfulness, as well as techniques to enable longstanding practice beyond the course.
