Loving-kindness meditation can help you to awaken to how connected we all are. You don’t have to like everybody, or agree with everything they do—but you can open up to the possibility of caring for them, because our lives are inextricably linked.
This 4-week course expands on the practice of Metta, or Lovingkindness. Deepen your compassion practice toward yourself, others, and the world. Course includes guidance on lovingkindness practices and meditation instructions and tips, a short talk on lovingkindness topics and plenty of time for QandA.
Location: Online via Zoom.
